Always bow on entering and leaving the Dojo/Kwoon.

Do not leave the class without asking the instructors permission.

Smoking, swearing and alcohol are strictly forbidden in the Dojo.

No watches, jewellery,rings etc to be worn when training. Also for your own safety no chewing gum or sweets etc.

Respect your fellow students and instructors.

DAN grades should always be addressed as Sensei/Sifu.

Remember RESPECT first, last and always.

Object

The object of the Independant Federation of Martial Arts shall be to foster and develop Martial Arts. To organise and regulate Martial Arts on a national basis without any involvement of politics.
